You have 10 calendar days from receiving the product to return it.
Note that it must be in the same condition as you received it. Without damage and in
the original packaging.
You must also have a proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive the product,

we will inform you whether
your return request will be confirmed and whether you will receive the payment within 1-2 days.
